SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow a few additional days for shipping, which can be tracked online once you receive your shipping details upon check out.

Shipping rates and delivery timeframes are calculated and applied upon check out. These details are subject to carrier and location of delivery. Overnight delivery is only available within the continental United States, based on carrier availability and cut off times of order processing.

Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays, unless otherwise requested and approved. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Our goal is for you to love your Gotham Soul product as much as we do. However, we realize that sometimes returns or exchanges are needed in order to find your perfect fit.
