Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is for you to love our products as much as we do, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your order or something doesn’t fit right please return it to us for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Please note: We cannot accept returns/exchanges for the following reasons:

- Items purchased more than 30 days after purchase
- Items without a corresponding receipt
- Items that have been used, worn and/or washed
- “Final Sale” Items. All sale & markdown merchandise is considered “Final Sale.”

Exchanges

• Shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
• We are not responsible for shipping charges back to us.
• Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase may not be returned or exchanged.
• International orders do not qualify for Express Exchanges.

Please email us at info@gothamsoul.com with your order number and indicate whether you would like a return, exchange, or refund with a detailed reason for your request.

Please be sure to use a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number. Gotham Soul will not be responsible for packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.

We only exchange items if they are defective & damaged or if you need to exchange it for the same item due to incorrect size. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@gothamsoul.com.
